Return & Refund Policy

At Nexham, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances. However, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers must notify the Nexham Support Team within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with the product.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.

2. Damaged Items
Nexham is not responsible for damages caused after successful delivery.
If the item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 3 days with proper unboxing video proof.
Claims without proof may not be accepted.

3. Leakage Claims
If leakage occurs during shipping, Nexham will review the claim.
After verification, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

4. Fragrance or Lasting Concerns (Exchange Only)
If you are unsatisfied with the fragrance or its lasting performance, an exchange may be considered.
The perfume bottle must contain at least 90% of the original oil.
Prior approval from our WhatsApp return team is mandatory before sending the product back.
Products returned without approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping & Taxes
In case of return or refund, all shipping charges, courier fees, and applicable taxes must be borne by the customer.
Nexham does not cover return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.
Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 working days to process.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product is used excessively (less than 90% remaining).
The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
The product is returned without prior approval.

Nexham reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on inspection and policy compliance.
